Breaking: Betta Edu Arrives EFCC Headquarters, 1 Day After Suspension

The suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation Betta Edu, has arrived at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Headquarters.

Edu was invited by the EFCC over alleged N585 million fraud in her ministry.

This comes one day after she was suspended by President Bola Tinubu, over the alleged payment of N585 million into a private account, monies meant for payment of grants to vulnerable groups in Akwa Ibom, Lagos, Cross River and Ogun states.
