BREAKING: Court of Appeal Confirms Sanwo-Olu’s Election Victory

The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has upheld the election victory of Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Obafemi Hamzat as the Governor and Deputy Governor of Lagos state.

The court in an unanimous decision dismissed the appeal of Abdulazeez Adediran of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for lack of merit.

The judgement delivered by Justices Yargata Nimpa, Samuel Bola and Paul Bassey, affirmed the ruling of the election tribunal which also dismissed the petition filed by the PDP and Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labour Party.
