Content creator, Classy Jesters (Olatunde Olawuyi), has filed a lawsuit against Pamilerin for N500 million over allegedly defamatory comments made on social media.

The lawsuit claims that Pamilerin’s post on August 15, 2024, implied that Classy Jesters was living a “fake life” and questioned the ownership of a Benz.

Classy Jesters’ legal team asserts that this post was defamatory, degrading, and amounting to cyberbullying, damaging their client’s reputation and causing emotional distress.

The demands made in the lawsuit include:

1. Immediate retraction of the defamatory statements

2. A public apology on Pamilerin’s Twitter handle and other platforms

3. Payment of N500 million as compensation for damages to reputation, emotional distress, and consequential loss

If these demands are not met within seven days, Classy Jesters’ legal team will commence legal proceedings against Pamilerin for defamation, cyberbullying, and other applicable legal remedies.
