A video showing celebrity barman Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chiefpriest, gifting his friend 47 cows for his late mother’s burial has sparked mixed reactions online. This comes amid his ongoing feud with superstar singer Burna Boy.

The pair had been exchanging words and throwing shade online, with Cubana Chiefpriest recently vowing to secure the release of embattled rapper Speed Darlington following his arrest. In a post on Sunday, the socialite wrote:
“Tomorrow we are coming for you, Akpi Nwamama. Monday is almost here. Let’s now showcase power.”

Despite his promise, Speed Darlington remains in custody, according to his lawyer, prompting fans to remind Cubana Chiefpriest of his pledge under his recent Instagram post.

In the shared video, the socialite is seen preparing for the burial rites of his friend’s late mother. Captioning the post, he wrote:
“Spent My Whole Day At Ukpor With My Visionary Leader Zenco In Preparation Of The Funeral Rites Of His Beloved Mother. As Usual I Did Not Come Alone I Came With 47 Life Cows To Mark The 47 Years He Spent On Earth With Mama. Take Heart Oga Zemco. On Friday We Shut Ukpor Anambara State Down For @dgeneralbitters 🍃.”

The grand gesture has drawn a mix of admiration and criticism online.
