Fola David, a talented doctor and hyper-realism artist, has made history by setting a new Guinness World Record for the largest individual drawing. His ambitious six-day project at Onikan Stadium aimed to celebrate Nigeria’s rich cultural diversity by creating an impressive 1000 square meters of art.

On the fourth day, Fola surpassed the previous record of 629.98 square meters and continued working towards his goal. This remarkable achievement has attracted a distinguished list of visitors, including Peter Obi, Hilda Baci, and Farooq Oreagba. The College of Medicine, University of Lagos, where Fola is an alumnus, has also shown their support.

Fola’s artwork, “Unity in Diversity,” spans an impressive 850 square meters and beautifully showcases Nigeria’s diverse ethnic groups through their unique attire, languages, culture, and artistic expressions, truly celebrating the country’s vibrant heritage.
