Donald Trump reinstated on Twitter by Elon Musk

Donald Trump has officially returned to Twitter, now rebranded as X, with a pair of tweets that mark his comeback on the platform.

On August 12, 2024, the former President posted a provocative mugshot, followed by a political ad that echoes the iconic phrase of Ronald Reagan:

“Are you better off now than you were when I was President?”

This dual-post comeback comes after Trump’s account was reinstated by Elon Musk, Twitter’s new owner, following a previous suspension.
