Elon Musk Renamed As ‘Kekius Maximus’ On X, To Spark Memecoin Surge

Tech billionaire Elon Musk, known for his unconventional antics on social media, has updated his X (formerly Twitter) profile by adopting the name “Kekius Maximus.”

The Tesla CEO also replaced his profile picture with a “Pepe the Frog” meme. In this version, the popular meme character is depicted as a warrior holding a video game joystick.

“Kekius Maximus” is associated with a new memecoin, KEKIUS, which has gained significant traction in the cryptocurrency market. Following Musk’s profile update, the coin surged over 500% within hours.

The character blends the iconic Pepe the Frog meme with Maximus, the protagonist from the movie Gladiator. Musk’s playful rebranding has once again demonstrated his ability to influence trends in both social media and cryptocurrency.
