The immediate past Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has once again appeared before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over allegations of fund misappropriation.
Bello arrived at the EFCC office on Tuesday morning, accompanied by his legal team, driving himself in a black Toyota Hilux.
This development follows a recent Supreme Court judgment that dismissed a suit filed by several states challenging the constitutionality of the EFCC’s operations.
During the last hearing on November 14, the EFCC requested an adjournment until November 27, citing the 30-day window for the summons issued in the new case against Bello.
