Nigerian rapper Falz has demanded that cross-dresser Bobrisky retract defamatory statements and apologize within 12 hours, following allegations of a presidential pardon offer for N10 million.

Falz’s legal team, Falana and Falana’s Chambers, sent a letter dated October 14, 2024, denying Bobrisky’s claims that Falz offered to secure a pardon through his father, Femi Falana.

According to the letter, Bobrisky had sought financial assistance from Falz, who refused. Instead, Bobrisky allegedly used the interaction to extort money from artists and the public.

Falz’s lawyers have demanded:

1. Immediate retraction of defamatory statements.

2. A written apology, prominently published on all platforms where the remarks were shared.

Failure to comply will result in Falz seeking legal remedies, including monetary damages.

This development follows a Lagos State High Court order for blogger VeryDarkMan to remove defamatory content about Falz within 21 days.
