His statement follows the suspension of PDP’s acting National Chairman, Umar Damagum, and National Secretary, Samuel Anyanwu, by a faction of the National Working Committee for alleged disloyalty.

The party has been grappling with internal strife, with factions engaging in a series of suspensions and counter-suspensions. National Publicity Secretary Debo Ologunagba announced the suspension of Damagum and Anyanwu, citing anti-party activities.
