Renowned human rights lawyer Femi Falana has denied accusations made by social media critic Martins Otse, aka VeryDarkMan, linking him to crossdresser Bobrisky.

Falana addressed the allegations on Channels Television, stating he has never met or communicated with Bobrisky.

He explained that Bobrisky had contacted his son, Folarin (Falz), seeking assistance but was advised to follow official channels.

Falana deemed the allegations false and defamatory. Although he considered filing a criminal complaint, he opted for civil action to clear his and his son’s names.

VeryDarkMan has since apologized for his remarks, expressing surprise that Falana’s name was mentioned in the audio. This incident underscores the importance of verifying information to prevent online defamation.
