On August 19, 2024, Fireboy DML took to his social media platforms to announce the release of his highly anticipated fourth album, ‘Adedamola,’ set to drop on August 29.

The artist has now unveiled the album’s tracklist, revealing an impressive lineup of guest features.

Notable Nigerian icons Lagbaja and Seun Kuti, alongside Grammy-winning American musician Jon Batiste and Afrobeats sensation Lojay, will all make appearances on the 14-track project.

The album will also feature Nigerian superstar DJ, Spinall.

The inclusion of Lagbaja has particularly excited fans, as the legendary, mask-wearing musician is making a rare return to the music scene after over two decades of silence.

Lagbaja, who was a defining figure in Nigerian music during the late ’90s and early 2000s, last graced the public stage at the 2022 AMVCA.

‘Adedamola’ follows Fireboy’s 2022 album, ‘Playboy,’ which featured hit singles like ‘Bandana’ with Asake and the title track ‘Playboy.’ Fans are eagerly awaiting what promises to be a powerful and star-studded musical experience.
