Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi has expanded his interest in music by dropping a another song.

With this, Iwobi, becomes the first Premier League footballer to release an official single with his first song “Don’t Shoot,” has now followed up with “What’s Luv?”—a track blending Afro-Swing and Rap that celebrates his African heritage.

The Nigerian player sees his music as a way to inspire both on and off the field. For this latest release, he collaborated with close friend SPKS and emerging artist MBrown.

For Iwobi, music is both an escape from the demands of football and a platform to promote causes he values. “Music has always been a passion of mine and a way to express myself outside football,” he shared.

Iwobi added that he hopes his music shows young people they can pursue diverse interests and dreams. “Growing up in a challenging part of London, I know how important it is to focus on positive things. I want to encourage others to chase their dreams without feeling confined to one path,” he said.

He emphasized that his music complements rather than detracts from his commitment to football, helping him stay balanced.
