Erling Haaland scored a hat-trick as Manchester City came back to defeat Ipswich 4-1.
Ipswich’s Sammie Szmodics scored their first top-flight goal in over 8,000 days, but City responded quickly with goals from Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne, and another from Haaland.
City’s three goals came within a span of 193 seconds. Haaland completed his hat-trick in the 87th minute.
The win marked a victorious return for Ilkay Gundogan, who received a hero’s welcome from the fans.
