Popular Nigerian skit maker Ijoba Lande could not contain his excitement after Afrobeats superstar Davido posted him on his Instagram story.

Davido shared a hilarious video of Lande speaking in his mother tongue, declaring that no one should try to motivate him. The unexpected recognition left Lande in disbelief, and his reaction was nothing short of dramatic.

A viral clip showed the comedian stepping out of his car in the middle of a busy road, screaming and running around in excitement. Moments later, he was seen lying on the ground, repeatedly shouting about the milestone.

Expressing his joy, he captioned the video: “@davido post me… is this a dream??? If I’m sleeping please wake me up… Ori Ade! Baba Imade.”

Lande’s viral moment comes amid the controversy surrounding allegations that his wife cheated on him with Yoruba actor Baba Tee.
