Darasimi, the estranged wife of comedian Ganiu Morufu, popularly known as Ijoba Lande, has spoken out against the infidelity allegations leveled against her.

Addressing the claims during an interview with socialite Esabod and other TikTokers on Sunday, Dara explained that she only sat on Yoruba actor Babatunde Tayo’s lap during a “Truth or Dare” game orchestrated by her friend, Marygold.

Her husband, in a viral interview, accused her of infidelity with at least 21 men in the entertainment industry, including Baba Tee. However, Dara denied the allegations, insisting that cheating was not the reason for their separation.

Recalling the incident, she said, “The first time I met Baba Tee was in July last year when Marygold invited me to his house because she wanted to invite him to her movie launch. When we arrived, Baba Tee didn’t know I was Lande’s wife. Marygold wanted to drink alcohol, so she and Baba Tee’s driver went to buy some while I sat in the living room. Baba Tee and I didn’t talk until they returned.

“When Marygold came back, she suggested we play ‘Truth or Dare.’ I initially refused, but she encouraged me. I then told Baba Tee that I was Lande’s wife, and we started the game. As it went on, Marygold stripped naked and performed oral sex on Baba Tee. By that time, I had taken ten shots of alcohol while they were smoking ‘Igbo.’ Marygold then dared Baba Tee to have doggy style sex with me, so he went to get a condom.

“When he returned, I told him I wouldn’t allow doggy, but I would sit on him. We then told Marygold to turn to the wall so she wouldn’t watch us. I only sat on his lap; nothing happened.”

Dara challenged Lande to provide evidence that she was unfaithful during their marriage, stating, “I won’t reveal the real reason for our breakup for now due to personal reasons, but it wasn’t about infidelity.”

Meanwhile, Baba Tee admitted to having a brief sexual relationship with Dara, claiming it was a mistake that happened while he was drunk during the game.

The 45-year-old actor later apologized to Lande in a short message on his official Facebook page on Monday, writing, “I am deeply sorry from the bottom of my heart, brother Lande. Deep how Dara became Lande’s wife without my knowledge… Hmmm. I fear women.”
