“I’m Ready for DNA” – Queen Dami Responds To Allegations Of Paternity Fraud By Alaafin’s Daughter

Queen Dami, the former wife of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, has responded after she was accused of paternity fraud by the monarch’s daughter, Adeyemi Adebisi Aminat.

According to reports, Aminat accused Queen Dami of shaming someone over the paternity of their child while allegedly not knowing who the father of her own child is. She also accused Dami of buying her child from Port Harcourt and warned against tarnishing the reputation of the Alaafin’s throne. Aminat claimed to have evidence, including blood tests, to back up her accusations, stating that the palace is aware of the truth despite its silence.

In response, Queen Dami shared her side of the story in a video circulating online, explaining that Aminat’s accusations stem from their bitter relationship during their time in the palace. She expressed her willingness to undergo a DNA test to prove that her child is indeed the late monarch’s son.

Dami also revealed that while she was in the palace, the late king did not permit the wives to work, but she secretly sold fabrics online without his knowledge. She added, “When I was in the Palace, the king didn’t allow us to work, but I was selling fabrics online without his knowledge. Concerning Alaafin’s daughter who came out to say my son is not for the king, we never liked each other when I was in the palace, and that was why she came out to lie against me. I am ready to have a DNA test done on my son.”

She also remarked on Aminat’s own personal life, stating, “She is also not in a man’s house after two kids. She came out because she saw that I wanted to go back to Portable. I was not the first Queen to leave Alaafin’s palace.”
