Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck briefly reunited amidst their ongoing divorce battle. The couple were seen enjoying brunch together with their children at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel.
While Affleck’s children Finn and Samuel, and Lopez’s twins Emme and Max sat at a separate table, the celebrity duo was spotted holding hands.
Reports from Page Six revealed that after brunch, Jennifer Lopez and Affleck were photographed having a serious conversation in a car parked outside the hotel.
Jennifer Garner, Affleck’s ex-wife, was also present during the family outing and was seen leaving the hotel with her own children.
Lopez officially filed for divorce from Affleck on the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding, listing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split and citing 26 April as their official date of separation.
In August, Lopez formally asked a judge to change her legal name from Jennifer Lynn Affleck to Jennifer Lynn Lopez, after taking the actor’s last name when they married.
The pair reportedly didn’t sign a prenup before they married, which could potentially lead to a battle over assets, including their $68 million (£52 million) Beverly Hills mansion that they have put up for sale.
