JUST IN: President Tinubu signs N2.1 Trillion Supplementary Budget

President Bola Tinubu has signed the 2023 Supplementary Budget of N2.17 trillion into law.

The President signed the budget in a short ceremony after it was given speedy consideration and passage at the National Assembly.

About 2 weeks ago, President Tinubu had written the National Assembly seeking the approval of the sum of N2,176,791,286,033 as the 2023 supplementary budget to address labour wage adjustments, security and defence spending, and others.
