Some Nigerian actors and actresses have today visited the Lagos state Commissioner of Police Idowu Owohunwa, to demand a proper investigation into the death of singer Mohbad.

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo who led the team, requested the Police to invite Sam Larry for the alleged bullying and intimidation of Mohbad, who had raised the issue in a petition sent to the Police, before his death. Iyabo Ojo further mentioned that another artiste from the Naira Marley record label had also made some allegations, which she wants the Police to look into.

Speaking further, Iyabo Ojo said the Nigerian music industry had done so much to put Nigeria on the global map, which must not be tarnished by some people. Ojo added that the proper investigation of Mohbad‘s issue will give other young artistes to speak out if they are also being bullied or intimidated.
