Rap artist Kanye West has purchased a luxurious $35 million mansion in Beverly Hills, California, following the sale of his transformed Malibu estate, reports TMZ.

The 20,000-square-foot Beverly Park North home features 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, and sits on seven acres of land. It includes a resort-style pool with a waterfall, a second lap pool, a pool house, a tennis court, and an entertainment pavilion.

West, 47, acquired the property through an LLC in an off-market deal.

This purchase comes after selling his Malibu estate for $21 million, initially bought for $57 million in 2021. West attempted to convert it into a “bomb shelter” by removing windows and electricity but faced legal issues with project manager Tony Saxon over labor code violations and unsafe removals.
