Kanye West, also known as Ye, has deleted his X account following criticism over a series of offensive posts, particularly remarks targeting the Jewish community.

The 47-year-old rapper faced backlash after posting comments such as “I love Hitler” and “I’m a Nazi”, as well as stating, “I’m never apologising for my Jewish comments.” His posts were flagged with a “sensitive content warning” before his account disappeared.

Announcing his departure from the platform, West wrote, “I’m logging out of Twitter. I appreciate [X owner] Elon [Musk] for allowing me to vent.”

He described his experience on the platform as “very cathartic,” likening it to an Ayahuasca trip.

“Love all of you who gave me your energy and attention. To we connect again [sic]. Good afternoon and goodnight,” he concluded.
