The entertainment industry is mourning the loss of renowned voice actor Jonathan Joss, best known for his portrayal of John Redcorn in King of the Hill. Joss was tragically shot and killed outside his home following an altercation with a neighbor.
Authorities have identified the suspect as Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja, who has since been arrested and charged with murder. While Joss’s husband, Tristan Kern de Gonzales, has claimed the shooting was motivated by homophobia, law enforcement officials have stated that their investigation has not uncovered evidence to confirm this claim at this time.
Joss, 59, was widely recognized for his contributions to film and television, often portraying Native American characters with authenticity and depth. His work extended beyond King of the Hill* to projects including Parks and Recreation, The Lone Ranger, and Casino Jack.
