In a recent interview with TVC, Olawunmi, the wife of late singer Mohbad, addressed ongoing allegations of physical altercations in their marriage.

Mohbad’s tragic passing on September 24, 2023, left many questions unanswered, fueling speculation about domestic violence. However, Wunmi firmly denied the claims, stressing that no marriage is without its challenges.

She explained that during disagreements, she would confide in her father-in-law, who she now believes is using it against her.

As a young couple in the public eye, Wunmi acknowledged the difficulties they faced, especially with Mohbad’s career as an artist.

“We’re young couples, and no relationship is perfect. Dating an artist comes with its own set of challenges,” she said, shedding light on the complexities of their marriage.
