Popular Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has criticized former Marlian dancer Lil Smart in a new video, following the latter’s claims that Naira Marley and Zinoleesky attempted to end his life. VDM also revisited the ongoing Mohbad case while addressing the issue.

Recently, Lil Smart alleged in a viral video that Naira Marley and Zinoleesky orchestrated his abduction, assaulted him, and stole his belongings, including $300, his wallet, and house keys. In response, VDM called on the police to summon Naira Marley and Zinoleesky for questioning. He also promised to support Lil Smart if he could provide evidence against them.

Demonstrating his commitment, VDM sent N1 million to Lil Smart to facilitate his trip to Abuja to pursue legal action. However, Lil Smart later decided to cut ties with VDM, expressing doubts about his intentions.

“I ghosted VeryDarkMan after he sent me N1 million for my flight to Abuja because his concern about my case feels suspicious. I also didn’t like how he handled Mohbad’s case, turning everything into a DNA test. That’s why I don’t want him involved,” Lil Smart explained.

The fallout has reignited conversations about both Lil Smart’s claims and Mohbad’s controversial case, with VDM continuing to push for accountability.
