Manchester City have temporarily moved back to the top of the Premier League, putting pressure on Arsenal after beating Fulham.

The visitors dominated from start to finish, opening the scoring early when defender Josko Gvardiol produced a clinical finish.

Phil Foden continued his excellent form this season with a second goal after the break, sending a first-time finish past Bernd Leno.

Erling Haaland should have added a third midway through the second half but drove high over when through on goal.

However, Manchester City did not have to wait long for another goal, as Gvardiol stabbed in at the far post to put the result beyond Fulham.

The result means Arsenal needs to win against Manchester United on Sunday to be certain of taking the title race to the final day of the season.

Manchester City is at Tottenham on Tuesday, and if Arsenal fails to get a positive result at Old Trafford, victory will seal a fourth consecutive Premier League title for Guardiola’s side.

Key points:

– Manchester City dominated the game, winning 4-0, with Josko Gvardiol scoring twice and Phil Foden and Julian Alvarez adding one each.

-The win puts Manchester City two points clear at the top, putting pressure on Arsenal to win their next game against Manchester United.

– Arsenal needs to win their remaining two games and hope Manchester City slips up in one of their final two games to have a chance at the title.

– Manchester City has a game in hand against Tottenham on Tuesday and faces West Ham on the final day of the season.

–  Manchester City’s 4-0 win over Fulham has greatly bolstered their goal difference, reducing Arsenal’s advantage to just two goals.
