The ongoing divorce battle between actor Yul Edochie and his wife May has been postponed due to the absence of Yul’s lawyer, who claimed to be unwell and requested a new date in June.
Despite the delay, May’s lawyers remain confident that justice will be served.
The case involves various issues, including social media activities, child welfare, marital properties, May’s safety, and the final status of the marriage.
Yul’s announcement of his second marriage to actress Judy Austin in April 2022 sparked the divorce proceedings.
In a previous court session, Yul and Judy claimed credit for the setback, with Yul denying being married to Judy and claiming they are merely skit makers.
May’s lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye, views this as a defense strategy.
The case will continue in June, with May’s lawyers focused on achieving a favorable outcome.
