Mr. Joseph Aloba, father of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has reacted to the testimony of Nurse Feyi at the ongoing coroner’s inquest.

The nurse, who traveled from Cotonou to treat Mohbad, testified on Friday, revealing details about the singer’s final moments.

Responding to her testimony, Baba Mohbad criticized his daughter-in-law, Wunmi, accusing her of negligence in handling her husband’s medical care. He also refuted Wunmi’s earlier claim that he had authorized the release of the nurse, stating that he had never met Nurse Feyi before seeing her in court.

Baba Mohbad further disclosed that the court is set to receive the private autopsy report next Friday.

**”What I heard in court has now made me realize that Wunmi didn’t care for her husband. She had to wait for an auxiliary nurse for a whole 24 hours instead of getting a qualified nurse to treat him.

“The nurse also confirmed in court that she had never met me before, yet Wunmi lied that I told them to release her. I had never set my eyes on her until today. We are expecting the pathologist to present the private autopsy report next Friday.

“SAN Shittu wanted the court to invite the doctor who pronounced Mohbad dead, but the request was denied. I learned a lot from the nurse’s testimony. She said Adura was never in the house when she arrived. She also mentioned that when they were rushing Mohbad out, they carried him like a baby, which shows he was already dead before being taken to the hospital.”**

The coroner’s inquest continues as the public awaits further findings, including the highly anticipated autopsy report.
