Singer Michael Olayinka, famously known as Ruger, has been seen linking up with fellow artistes Crown Uzama aka Shallipopi and Divine Ikubor, known mononymously as Rema, backstage.

In a video posted on the photo and video sharing platform, Instagram, Ruger is seen exchanging pleasantries with Shallipopi, while Zerry DI and Rema share a handshake during the Wireless Festival in London.

Another highlight from the festival includes Ruger’s appearance with DJ Cuppy in a segment titled ‘Quick Wire Questions.’

Seated with microphones in hand, DJ Cuppy encouraged Ruger to express his ambitions. She said:

”This is your chance to put yourself out there, you know shoot that shot. If you could work with any other artiste, I mean we have so many…”

Ruger promptly responded, “Doja Cat,” and DJ Cuppy replied, “Oh, he said it. He knows what he wants.”

The Wireless Festival, an annual celebration of rap and hip-hop, is owned and managed by Live Nation and has become a key event in London’s music scene.

The 2024 edition which ran from July 12 to July 14 saw the three artistes perform.
