The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has announced that Nigerian pilgrims who participated in the 2025 Hajj will commence their return journey from Saudi Arabia on June 13
NAHCON Chairman Professor Abdullahi Saleh confirmed that arrangements have been finalized to ensure a smooth and safe return for all pilgrims. The first batch of return flights will include pilgrims from Imo State (Air Peace), Bauchi State (Max Air), and Kebbi and Sokoto States (Flynas).
Reflecting on the spiritual significance of Hajj, Professor Saleh urged pilgrims to embrace the values of trust, obedience, and sacrifice, which are central to the pilgrimage experience. He also acknowledged the unwavering support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima, stating that their contributions were instrumental in ensuring the success of this year’s Hajj.
