Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has addressed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in a public message, stating that Nigerians do not hate him personally but are reacting to the current hardship and insecurity in the country.

In a post shared via his official social media account, Edochie wrote. “To my dear President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, @officialasiwajubat — Nigerians do not hate you, they hate the situation they find themselves in, which is the hardship & insecurity in the country.”

He acknowledged the president’s efforts in infrastructure development and policy direction but urged him to urgently tackle the pressing issues of insecurity and the rising cost of living.

“His Excellency Sir, you have done so well in infrastructure and laid down some good policies. Tackle insecurity and high cost of living and you’ll write your name with gold in the hearts of Nigerians,” Edochie added.

He concluded the message by reaffirming his support for Tinubu, referring to himself as “ASIWAJU BOY 100%.”
