No level of anointing can fight sexual temptation – Pastor Adeboye says

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, has said no level of anointing can fight s3xual temptation.

He says he is still being careful of s3xual temptations despite his age and long career in ministry.

Speaking at a recent church conference, Adeboye warned other church leaders not to think their spiritual power protects them from temptation.

He said:

“I run faster than before because the closer you get to the finishing point, the more careful you must be.”

He used the Bible story of Samson to show that even powerful religious figures can fall to temptation.

Adeboye advised both men and women to be cautious:

“You see that woman smiling at you everywhere you go, she is there smiling, and she is not your wife, run.”

He also warned young people about lust, telling them to avoid anything that looks like sin.

Adeboye stressed that no one is above temptation, no matter their status or age, and that past mistakes can come to light even decades later. He emphasized the importance of fleeing from temptation rather than trying to resist it.
