An Oyo State High Court sitting at Ring Road has granted bail to Olori Naomi Silekunola, Alhaji Oriyomi Hazmat, and Abdulahi Fasasi.

Justice K. B. Olawoyin of Court 8 delivered the ruling following a bail application filed by the trio’s legal team.

The court had reserved its decision for Monday after hearing arguments on the bail application on January 7.

The bail conditions include a N10 million bond and two sureties who must provide landed property within the court’s jurisdiction. Additionally, the defendants must surrender their international passports and are prohibited from granting interviews while the case is ongoing.
