Pamela Bach, actress and former wife of Baywatch icon David Hasselhoff, has passed away at the age of 62.

According to the Los Angeles medical examiner’s office, she died on Wednesday, though the cause of death remains under investigation.

Also known as Pamela Hasselhoff, she was best recognized for her roles in The Young and the Restless and Baywatch. She first met David Hasselhoff on the set of his hit series Knight Rider, leading to a relationship that captured public attention.

Bach and Hasselhoff married in December 1989, welcoming two daughters, Taylor and Hayley. Their marriage ended in 2006, following a highly publicized divorce that included accusations of domestic abuse. The controversy escalated when a viral video surfaced showing Hasselhoff intoxicated while eating a burger, which led to a temporary suspension of his visitation rights with their children. However, those privileges were reinstated after two weeks. While Hasselhoff admitted to an alcohol relapse, he denied allegations of abuse.

As of now, David Hasselhoff’s representatives have not publicly commented on her passing.

In 2018, Hasselhoff remarried, tying the knot with model Hayley Roberts.
