Pastor Adeboye Recounts Harrowing Encounter with A Married Woman Who Vowed to Marry Him

During the grand finale of the 2025 Special Victory Hour program, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, shared a chilling experience with a married woman who became infatuated with him.

The woman, a senior official at the West African Examinations Council, boldly declared to Pastor Adeboye that God had destined him to be her husband. Despite his protests and reminders of his own marriage, the woman refused to back down.

The situation escalated when the woman threatened to kill Pastor Adeboye’s wife if she didn’t allow them to marry. The matter was eventually reported to the police, and the woman was warned to stay away from the church camp.

Pastor Adeboye recounted the harrowing experience, attributing the woman’s behavior to demonic influence.
