As the #EndBadGovernance protest continues into its second day, reports of clashes between security agents and protesters have emerged in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt.

In Abuja, police dispersed protesters at the Berger Bridge using tear gas and force, prompting accusations of high-handedness from bystanders.

In Lagos, thugs threatened to behead protesters and journalists, with police present but failing to intervene.

In Port Harcourt, protesters gathered at the Federal Secretariat area, while in Ibadan, the situation remains calm with businesses operating as usual.

Activist Zokira Ibeh reported that thugs disrupted the peaceful protest in Ojota, Lagos, threatening violence against protesters and journalists, despite police presence.

The protests, which began on Thursday, aim to bring attention to issues of hunger and poor governance across the country.
