President Donald Trump experienced a brief stumble while ascending the stairs to Air Force One on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Morristown Municipal Airport in New Jersey. The President quickly regained his balance and proceeded to board the aircraft without further incident.
The moment, captured on video, has drawn comparisons to similar incidents involving former President Joe Biden, whose missteps on the same stairs were widely discussed during his tenure. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who was traveling with President Trump, also appeared to trip while boarding the plane.
