A Nigerian lady has caused a stir online after alleging that controversial critic, Verydarkman, faked a ₦1 million bank transfer.

Her claim comes shortly after gospel singer Mercy Chinwo filed a ₦1.1 billion lawsuit against Verydarkman amid his ongoing dispute with her former record label boss, Eezee Tee.

In a video circulating online, Verydarkman asserted that he helped a former schoolmate by sending ₦1 million, presenting a WhatsApp chat as proof. He stated that they had met at a salon before the transaction took place.

However, discrepancies in the evidence have raised suspicions. The WhatsApp chat allegedly began on February 3, 2025, whereas the transaction receipt indicates the money was sent a day earlier.

The lady has also urged Verydarkman’s critics, including Nedu Wazobia and Deeone, to weigh in on the matter.

As discussions continue to unfold, the allegation has ignited debates online, with netizens sharing mixed reactions. Verydarkman has yet to respond to the claims.
