Real Madrid secured a 3-1 victory over Manchester City in the second leg of their Champions League playoff round at the Santiago Bernabéu, sealing a 6-3 aggregate win.

Kylian Mbappé was the standout performer, scoring a hat-trick to lead Madrid to victory. He opened the scoring just four minutes into the match with a clever chip, doubled the lead before halftime, and completed his hat-trick with a brilliant solo effort in the second half.

Manchester City managed a late consolation goal through Nico González in stoppage time, but it was not enough to turn the tide.

With this win, Real Madrid advances to the Champions League round of 16, where they will face either Bayer Leverkusen or Atlético Madrid.
