Nigerian actress Regina Daniels’ elder brother, Lawrence, aka Sweezzy, has responded to the controversy surrounding his sister’s newly acquired Rolex wristwatch.

Regina Daniels was recently accused of flaunting a fake Rolex after she shared a video of herself unboxing the watch, claiming it cost $30,000 (approximately N50 million). An Instagram fashion police account, @T20luxury, analyzed the timepiece and concluded it was counterfeit, citing discrepancies in the box, missing date lens, and incorrect internal lining color.

In response, Regina Daniels tagged her brother in a now-deleted Instagram story, urging him to address the claims. Lawrence then shared a clearer image of the watch and challenged @T20luxury to conduct a proper evaluation instead of tarnishing his sister’s reputation.

He wrote: “Dear @T20luxury, contrary to your post about Regina’s Rolex, I hope this helps you get a clearer insight into what you seek. As you post negative, post positive. Let’s be guided. Regina’s name go make all of una run mad last last. And I rate you before o.”

Lawrence also commented on @T20luxury’s post, stating: “I don send una Rolex picture o. Next time, ask questions instead of creating an impression—except if you enjoy tarnishing people to promote your page! Do better!”
