Paul Nonso Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, has expressed immense joy following the release of his elder brother, Jude Okoye, from police custody after spending over two months in detention.

Jude was arrested and charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over an alleged money laundering case involving ₦1.38 billion. His detention had drawn intense media and public scrutiny, casting a spotlight on his personal and professional affairs.

After being granted bail by a Lagos court, and fulfilling the required conditions, Jude finally walked free—marking a deeply emotional moment for his family.

Rudeboy took to Instagram to celebrate his brother’s freedom and addressed the ordeal in a powerful caption that resonated with fans and supporters alike:

“Jude is finally out after 2months + .. all their efforts to frustrate his bail has finally collapsed. Welcome home brother @judeengees and happy birthday.”

The heartfelt message not only celebrated Jude’s return but also doubled as a birthday tribute, reinforcing the brothers’ unbreakable bond and shared resilience in the face of adversity.
