The Afro Jam Festival 2025 is gearing up to be one of the biggest music events of the year, with Nigerian stars Ruger and Rema, along with global pop icon Jason Derulo, headlining the festival. Set to take place in three major cities in Japan—Okinawa, Osaka, and Tokyo—the festival promises a thrilling blend of Afrobeats and international hits, showcasing the genre’s global influence.
The festival will kick off in Okinawa from July 17–20, 2025, followed by performances in Osaka from July 22–24, and wrapping up in Tokyo from July 25–27. Rema, known for his smash hits “Calm Down” and “Holiday,” will perform in Okinawa, marking his first time on this stage. Meanwhile, Jason Derulo, famous for chart-toppers like “Want to Want Me” and “Talk Dirty,” will bring his high-energy performance to the festival, adding an international flair to the Afrobeats celebration.
Aside from the headliners, the festival will feature a diverse lineup, including Shenseea, The Wailers, and DME Dance Crew. This eclectic mix of talent from across the globe will ensure a vibrant and dynamic experience for attendees, with something for every music lover.
