Senegal’s President-elect, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, is set to bring a unique dynamic to the presidential palace with the presence of two First Ladies, as he is married to both Marie Khone Faye, a Muslim, and Absa Faye, a Christian, embodying the practice of polygamy common in Senegalese society.
