Rapper Speed Darlington has expressed disappointment and outrage after singer Portable allegedly insulted his mother for declining an invitation to perform at his concert.

Speed Darlington revealed that he had offered Portable N500,000 to appear at his show on April 13, 2025, but received a harsh response instead.

He was particularly angered by Portable’s decision to involve his mother in the dispute, leading him to regret extending the invitation.

Questioning Portable’s motives, Speed Darlington stressed that the insult was uncalled for and had nothing to do with their disagreement.
