Supreme Court dismisses Atiku, Obi’s Petition, affirms President Tinubu as Election Winner

The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeals filed by both Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

The both candidates had approached the Supreme Court to challenge the September 6 judgment of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal, which upheld the election victory of President Bola Tinubu.
