Nottingham Forest forward Taiwo Awoniyi has been recognized for his exceptional dedication to community development, receiving the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Community Champion award for the 2024/25 season.
The prestigious accolade celebrates Awoniyi’s unwavering commitment to supporting local communities throughout the year. His efforts have included numerous charitable initiatives, such as his partnership with Nottingham-based organization Himmah, where he helped provide hot meals for Muslims during Ramadan.
