During his recent appearance at the EW Lagos event, Odumodublvck shed light on the struggles women encounter in the entertainment industry, emphasizing that money and fame aren’t everything.

He spoke about the numerous obstacles female artists face, citing examples of successful artists like Tems and Ayra Starr, who have managed to rise above these challenges. He pointed out the harsh realities women endure, including objectification, exploitation, and sexism, which make it harder for them to focus on their craft and achieve success.

Odumodublvck shared a personal anecdote, revealing that Tems often wears loose clothing to the studio to avoid unwanted attention from producers and industry professionals. Similarly, Ayra Starr faces the challenge of being taken seriously as an artist while navigating inappropriate advances.

He also highlighted that these challenges extend beyond the music industry to other creative fields, urging women to stay strong, hold on to their faith, and remember that they are not alone in their struggles.
