Nigerian comedian Chibuike Josh Alfred, also known as Josh2Funny, recently shared his thoughts on the comedy industry in Nigeria.

During his appearance on the “The Honest Bunch” podcast, he expressed his opinion that the industry is competitive, and that he has established himself as a standout in his field.

Josh2Funny also discussed the importance of originality and proper credit, stating that he does not appreciate it when others copy his style without acknowledging his influence.

His comments reflect his confidence in his unique brand of comedy, which has gained recognition both domestically and internationally.

“Let nobody tell you that there’s no competition in the comedy industry. There’s competition…

“As we speak now, my comedy is interpreted in Mandarin, Hindi, Russian, French, and other languages. I’m not with you guys, bro. I’m not anybody’s mate in this comedy industry,” Josh2Funny boldly said.

“What I won’t take is for people to be copying what I initiated without crediting me. No, I won’t take that,” he added.
