Nollywood star Timini Egbuson has taken to social media to celebrate his latest achievement: becoming the highest-grossing actor in Africa.

This impressive feat was made possible through a string of successful films released in 2023, including Funke Akindele’s blockbuster hit “A Tribe Called Judah,” as well as other popular titles like “The Kujus Again,” “Big Love,” “Honey Money,” “Something Like Gold,” and “The Bloom Boy.”

In a heartfelt post, Timini attributed his success to a combination of hard work, support, and divine grace.

He expressed deep gratitude for the opportunities that have come his way and the strength to seize them.

Reflecting on his journey, he acknowledged the power of perseverance in overcoming challenges and propelling him forward.

“Hard work, your support, and God’s grace brought me here,” Timini wrote. “I’m feeling incredibly grateful for the amazing life I’ve been given. All thanks to God for the chances to shine and the strength to grab them! Through the tough spots, I’ve had the courage to keep moving forward. I am what I say I am – the Most Bankable Actor in Africa. Let’s work, producers! #WatchTimini”
