Arsenal Football Club has set its sights on Real Madrid forward Rodrygo as a top transfer target this summer. The Brazilian winger, who has been a key player for Los Blancos, is reportedly considering his future at the Santiago Bernabéu following the arrival of Kylian Mbappé, which has impacted his playing time.
Sources close to the negotiations indicate that Arsenal is prepared to go “all out” to secure Rodrygo’s signature, with reports suggesting a potential bid of €70 million (£59m).
The Gunners are keen to bolster their attacking options, particularly on the wings, to ease the burden on Bukayo Saka and enhance their squad depth ahead of the new season.
Rodrygo, 24, has been a standout performer for Real Madrid, contributing 118 goal involvements in 267 appearances for the club. However, with increased competition in Madrid’s attacking lineup, the Brazilian is reportedly open to a move where he can be an undisputed starter.
